Biography
Pamela Whitehall
Mrs. Pamela Whitehall is a food microbiologist with a love for training. She holds a Master of Science degree in Food Technology from the University of Reading and a Master of Science degree in HACCP from the University of Salford. With over 20 years of experience working with poultry and dairy products, her career spans a number of areas in the food industry: manufacturing (C.F Caribbean Flavors a subsidiary of Coca-Cola), food service (Barbados Flight Kitchen) and regulatory (Veterinary Services Laboratory, Barbados National Standards Institute). Mrs. Whitehall has assisted small food companies in their implementation of Good Manufacturing and HACCP programmes and has conducted regulatory audits both locally and regionally. As a registered trainer with the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) and a Lead Instructor for the Preventive Controls for Human Food Course, she especially enjoys training people working in the food industry. Mrs. Whitehall goes the extra mile to deliver excellent work as she believes that one should never begin any project unless one is willing to give 100% effort. Her personable character and good communicating skills allow her to work with both management and workers.
