Preventive Controls For Human Food Course
Our Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Preventive Controls for Human Food course is delivered by trained Lead Instructors to aid in meeting the training requirements of a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). A PCQI is a professional who can manage a Food Safety Plan at a facility in accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). This person should have successfully completed training in the development and application of risk-based preventive controls. The Preventive Controls for Human Food course is being offered as an instructor-led course or as a blended option with an online-course component.
Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower Training Course
Our Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower Training course is delivered by trained instructors to aid in meeting the requirements of the FSMA Produce Safety Rule which states that ‘At least one supervisor or responsible party for your farm must have successfully completed food safety training at least equivalent to that received under the standardized curriculum recognized as adequate by the Food and Drug Administration.’
